What's holding your store back?
Pick the problem that sounds most like yours. Here is what we usually find and what we do about it.
What's usually wrong
- Budget spread across search terms that never convert
- One catch-all campaign mixing branded and generic terms
- Bids set without knowing the break-even ad cost
What we do
- Work out your break-even ACOS for each product
- Split campaigns by purpose and add negative keywords
- Review search terms and bids every week
First 30 days
- Week 1: account and ads audit
- Week 2: campaigns rebuilt
- Weeks 3 and 4: tuning, with a written report each week
What's usually wrong
- Main image doesn't stand out in search results
- Title and bullets list features but not benefits
- Price or reviews compare badly with the top three rivals
What we do
- Rewrite titles, bullets and descriptions around real search terms
- Brief and review new images, A+ content and video
- Check price and reviews against competitors
First 30 days
- Week 1: listing audit and competitor review
- Week 2: new copy and image brief
- Weeks 3 and 4: changes go live, results tracked
What's usually wrong
- Late shipments or defects pushing account health down
- Policy warnings or complaints left unanswered
- Missing paperwork when the marketplace asks for it
What we do
- Audit your account health and open notices
- Write the appeal: root cause, fix, and how it won't happen again
- Set up a weekly check so problems surface early
First 30 days
- Days 1 to 3: review of every open issue
- Week 1: appeals and plans of action filed
- Rest of the month: follow-up and prevention routine
What's usually wrong
- Unsure which marketplace and category to start in
- Registration and brand steps done in the wrong order
- Launching with no plan for ads or early reviews
What we do
- Check demand, fees and margin before you commit stock
- Register the account and brand correctly
- Plan the launch: listing, price, ads, first reviews
First 30 days
- Week 1: product and fee check
- Weeks 2 and 3: account, brand and catalogue set up
- Week 4: first listings live with a launch plan
How a project runs
The same four steps, whether you start with an audit or hand over the whole store.
Audit
We go through your catalogue, ads, account health and competitors, and write down what is working and what is costing you sales.
Plan
You get a ranked list of fixes with a goal for each one. We agree the order and the budget before anything changes.
Execute
We make the changes: rewrite listings, rebuild campaigns, fix account issues, file claims. You can see every change we make.
Report
Every week you get the numbers and what we are doing next. If something is not working, the report says so.
Do you know what you earn per unit?
Many sellers don't, and it decides how much you can spend on ads. Try a quick check with your own numbers.
You keep per unit, before ads

Questions sellers ask us
We work on the major marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart and Walmart, and on your own Shopify store. Tell us where you sell and we will confirm what we can cover.
No. You add us as a user with limited permissions through the marketplace's own user-access settings. You can change or remove our access whenever you like.
The store audit is free. Full management is a monthly fee based on the size of your catalogue and your ad spend. One-time projects get a fixed price before we begin. Send us your store details and we will quote you.
Listing and account fixes can show up within a few weeks. Ad and search-ranking improvements usually take two to three months to build. You get the numbers every week, so you can judge for yourself.
You do. Your account, listings, images and data stay yours at all times, including if we stop working together.
No. Seller A to Z is an independent service company. We are not owned by, endorsed by or affiliated with any marketplace.
Not sure where to start?
Send us a link to your store or one product. We reply with a short written review of what we would fix first.
